Upper back & shoulder blade pain

Asked for Male, 60 Years

Iam suffering from upper back pain in right side & also right shoulder blade pain from 3 months, with occasional headache, no numbness, normal bowel movement, doing physiotherapy from 8 days , applying violini, hot water towel, but there is no improvement. What i have to do please reply. Which tests I have to take.which treatment I have to take.
