Sir I have consult with ortho specialist also. He told this pain don't concern to him. Pain is not on whole back. Pain starting from back (left) and in left breast. Back pain is exactly behind the breast.

Have you tried any Physiotherapy? Was an mri scan done? How frequently do you get the pain? Is there any specific aggravating or reliving factor for pain?
