  4. Upper arm and shoulder pain. Fix my arm?

Upper arm and shoulder pain
My upper arm and shoulder really hurts. Whenever I try to move it it hurts. It's not swelling or red. It looks natural so I feel like it internal. I also took cough medication a week ago and got a new hard bed at the same time. How do I fix my arm? Thanks!
