Upper arm acne
I have PCOD. I have innumerable acne spots on my upper arm. The worst part is the spots don't seem to fade... please suggest cream/ointment that will help make them lighter.

In PCOD, recurrent acne is a problem. Also it can be associated with multiple other issues, so get your hormonal profile done and get treatment for PCOD. That is primary. For the pigmentation due to acne, there are specific medications and peels available, but then the treatment would depend on the severity. You can consult online for the same.

Please post pictures to rule out keratosis pilaris. Treatment can be decided on visual examination.
