Upper abdominal tighness bloating pain
Upper abdominal pain for two weeks, feels bloated very shortly after eating, causes shortness of breath. I also have a strange feeling when i eat the food gets caught in my chest, not all foods do this like soup rarely will do this , but it causes pain in sternum or chest and almost feel it in my back

[ ] Remedies for bloating:Avoid or limit intake of foods known to cause wind and bloating, such as beans, onions, broccoli, cabbage, sprouts, cauliflower.Eat fruits like papayas and pineapples that can help you get rid of the stomach bloating fast.Cut back on dairy products that may cause bloating.Drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration.Eat smaller meals and avoid eating too much at a time.Rule out food allergies and intolerances to common foods that are common causes of bloating.Avoid swallowing air and gases that can contribute to bloating.

Hi.This is DR.T.S.Chandrasekar, cons.surgical gastroenterologists .Your symptoms are suggestive of gastroesophageal reflux disease. Advice: Avoid spicy food and hotel food . Avoid sleeping within 2 hrs of a meal . Sleep with head elevated with 2 pillows Avoid smoking ,alcohol, coffee/tea Regular exercise and meals .

Gastroenterologists consultation  endoscopy may be needed
