Upper abdominal pain
Iam suffering from upper mid abdominal pain from last 35 days ( dull constant pain) with gas an bloating with heart burn an slight chest pain , also slight right lower abdominal pain . First doctor said its sever gastritis with slight appendix inflammation so took antibiotics for 14 days , then he changed the medication . But still I have pain , heart burn an gas in upper abdomen an slight pain in lower right side of abdomen ( diagnosis was full abdomen USG which showed inflammation over ascending an descending colon region with antral gastritis with minimal inflammation over appendix , also I have 3.0 mm non obstructing calculus in mid pole of right kidney from 8 months with any issue , also done blood test like haemogram , LFT, hepatitis b , widal test all come negative ) , still iam not getting cured which is affecting my professional working schedule

Take mucaine gel 2 tsf thrice a day, Esomeprazole and Levosulpride twice a day, cefixime 200 mg with clavulanic acid twice a day, cap Floristore twice a day. Have small frequent meals. Avoid spicy and fried foods. Have plenty of fluids. Fruits are a good option.
