Upper abdomen pain
My 3 year old baby boy suffering discomfort/ pain while eating (specially rice) , burp after feeding. Belly little swelling. Doctor prescribed me rantac syrup twice a day but not improving, even also low appetite and constipation problem.

Kindly do a x ray abdomen erect and consult me
For now for pain u can give syrup cyclopam 5 ml when ever he is having pain
Tab junior lanzole 15 mg once a day before food for 5 days
