Dear patient. I understand your concern. Firstly congratulations on starting your dental Braces journey. It is better late than never. Now coming to the dental discomfort- it is normal and will subside in few days. Specially after lower teeth treatment starts . Always better to consult your Orthodontist in such situations as they can give exact solution in your case. Hope this helped. Avoid self diagnosis and treatment.

In most of the cases, it's perfectly normal as the braces start moving the tooth in a desired position for the final emergence profile. As you have braces placed only yesterday, it's only normal for you to feel this but it is completely normal.
Next Steps
Consult your dentist after 15 days if the problem persists.
Health Tips
If you start feeling dull or piercing pain, it may be a cause for concern and you should visit your orthodontist for correction.
