I'm having a 2 year baby and I don't need this pregnancy I've checked today that I'm pregnant,my lmp was 8 March my husband is out of town for a week so please suggest how to stop this pregnancy I'll visit my gynaecologist after a week

You are just overdue by 5 days. Please don't worry. Wait for your husband to come back after a week. Then you should go to a Gynaecologist in your area. A medicinal MTP is possible at this stage but it should be under the supervision of a Gynaecologist.
