Unwanted pregnancy. It's really urgent.

I have irregular periods since 2020 till now. My last periods happened on 15th August,2023. In 20th September, first time I rubbed my partner penis . After urinate his urethra contains some remaining urine. So when I rubbed his penis I certainly felt some liquid. Now , I don't know is it urine or precum or cum . After that I move my hand for irritation. Then he touched his penis and zipped his pant. After 1-2 minutes he touched my vagina and masturbating me by same finger I don't know, is there was any precum or cum or nothing. But still after eating Deviry 10 mg from 1st October, my periods still not starting. From 20th September after 3rd week, I checked my pregnancy it shows negative. Now , please tell me, can I pregnant by fingering with sperm ( but I am not sure is it or not) , and after 3rd week pregnancy shows negative but is it too early I checked that's why after several days or weeks can it shows positive based on the Above scenario... Please help me, it's really urgent.
