Get her examined by a gynaecologist near you.
An ultrasound will also be needed after which medications can be given for medical termination of pregnancy if its an early intrauterine pregnancy.

Get done ultrasonography to know the exact weeks of pregnancy.With reports meet to gynaecologist and discuss with her.If pregnancy is less than 7 weeks then medical abortion is possible otherwise surgical intervention you needed.
