I am 26 years old and unmarried have been facing unwanted ejaculation since 2to 3years, whether it may be day or night anytime when I sleep deeply, sparm git ejaculated.It hapoens almost 15 to 20 times a month

Thank s for asking. Your complaints are suggestive of premature ejaculation problem. We need to consider other associated issues of underlying anxiety if present. Although a detailed workup involving complete history of the complaints and other related information is required. Positive is that it can be completely cured.
