I have started taking unwanted 21 days pill this is my 3rd day and i have fever , nausea,bad taste,headache,runny eyes and nose, Is it the side effects of pills?? How should i deal with it

Some of the symptoms like nausea, headache can occur. But symptoms like running nose are not seen. You should visit a physician and get yourself evaluated. They may be symptoms of common flu etc.
