Abortion pills
In the ultrasound no say was visible, however took abortion pills at 4weeks 5 days, but had no bleeding after taking it. Please advise causes.

Ideally purpose of ultrasound before prescribing abortion pills is to locate and confirm the site of pregnancy.
If the pregnancy is intrauterine then only abortion pills can be given.With transvaginal ultrasound at 5 weeks the accuracy increases further in terms of site and cardiac activity of pregnancy.
u need to consult ur gynaecologist for further treatment because it may be early pregnancy not responding to medications or ectopic or a biochemical pregnany

sometimes abortion pills doesnot work. If there is no bleeding or pain after taking pills then you have to get vacuum aspiration done by gynaec.
