Chances of pregnancy are very low. You will know about the effectiveness of the i pill only when you get your next period on time. Please wait for the date of the next period. The answer to the second part of your question is a sensitive matter. Please go by your own sensibilities in this matter.

Pill has high failure rate and pregnancy can happen despite taking the pill. Get urine pregnancy test done if you miss your period date.
