Hello, hope u r doing well in life. It's very unlikely that she will get pregnant just after her period, although it can happen. It's important to remember that sperm can sometimes survive in the body for up to 5-7 days after you have sex. This means it may be possible to get pregnant soon after her period finishes if she ovulate early, especially if she has a naturally short menstrual cycle. She can take one tablet of i-pill (emergency contraceptive pill). The early she takes the more efficient it will be.

If it's 4th day of her period ..then there's no need of ipill as it is considered as safe sex period.

Less chances of pregnancy immediately after menstrual period, however ipill may be taken within 72 hour of unprotected sex. After few days of taking ipill withdrawal bleeding will occur and subsequent menstrual cycle may be irregular
