You may take up pregnancy to avoid any last minute suspenses. Avoid indulging in sexual activity going forward as this would not lead you to any anxiety or further issues.

Since you had multiple episodes of unprotected sexual intercourse and your expected period was due on 23rd June, the first possibility that should be considered is pregnancy. It is important to remember that early pregnancy may not cause any symptoms at all. Many women do not experience breast tenderness, nausea, or other "classic" signs in the first few weeks, so the absence of symptoms does not rule out pregnancy. A delayed period can also occur due to stress, changes in routine, hormonal fluctuations, illness, or other factors. However, because you had unprotected intercourse, pregnancy should be considered first until proven otherwise.
Next Steps
If your period has not started, do not wait for symptoms alone. Confirm the cause of the missed period by taking an appropriate pregnancy test at the recommended time based on your missed menstrual cycle. Until the cause of the delay is clear, avoid taking any medicines or home remedies on your own to induce periods. If the pregnancy test is negative but your periods continue to be delayed, or if you develop severe abdominal pain, heavy bleeding, dizziness, or fainting, seek medical evaluation promptly. For personalized assessment, better guidance, and a holistic consultation regarding delayed periods and reproductive health, you may connect with us at 9 3 1 5 6 6 1 5 6 5.
Health Tips
Maintain adequate hydration, eat a balanced diet, and try to avoid excessive stress, as anxiety itself can sometimes delay menstruation. If you are sexually active and do not wish to become pregnant, discuss reliable contraception with your healthcare provider and use protection consistently during future sexual activity. Early guidance and timely evaluation can help address your concerns and prevent unnecessary worry. Thank you
