I'm not happy from inner side and my whole body is not giving me support i want to solve it by my own self please suggest the solution

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counselings the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.

Hi thanks for query, I appreciate your confidence in finding the solutions to your self. Please work on few things, 1. is it that your body is not supporting or your mind. 2. Do you have a emotional disturbance with regard to the personal or professional life? 3. How and what are your expectations,? 4. Please plan your routine set a goal for a month, divide into 2 by 15 days and a week goal, recheck and see how much you could do something in those days. 5. Try to be satisfied of what ever little things you could, which will definitely motivate you to do more better. 6. Please have proper diet and sleeping habits. If anything further you can approach to us.

Yah... definitely you can solve it.... Just keep this motivation... Do Yoga regularly 20 mins in morning daily ... For 2 months and if you like for life time.. Do Exercise daily for 30 mins every day ... irrespective of timing....it should be walking and running type... Learn how to relax yourself ....watch JPMR from YouTube. Stick to your goal... Make a fix schedule ....do just do it .... You will be out of all ye issues in month... If you still feeling same way after a month get back to us...in Practo Happy to help you ..
