Unknown infection bothering for year
Symptoms started 2–3 days after sex, scrotal swelling comes and goes, severe bloating in lower abdomen, urinary symptoms, back pain, anal discomfort, symptoms worsen after ejaculation additionally I am having swelling in inner groins. Earlier doxycycline helped slightly but symptoms returned. Tests conducted- 1. Urine culture multiple times, shows 8-10 epithelial cells 2. Semen culture- shows nothing 3.Expressed prostate test- shows no growth 4.STI panel- Nothing positive 5.Urine fungal stain-No visible organism 6.Urine fungal culture- waiting for the report 7.USG of abdomen- Thickening of the urinary bladder wall 8. Blood test- B12 and D deficiency 9. Uric acid- Yes 10. Cholesterol-Yes Please help me identify this issue. My girlfriend also tested negative for STIs
