Unexplained painful bruises after Gym
I always get painful bruises after working out in the gym. Mostly on my knees, thighs and arms. If i am having a leg day then i get bruises on my thighs and if i am working out with dumbbells then i get bruises on my arms. Is this normal? Whenever i exercise i get bruises but i don't hurt myself. I am scared as hell.

Usually constant and long time pressure on a purticular region gives bruises.. So if at all u see bruises during gym..aftr any long pressure over a purticular point... Then less likely to worry  ... But if u see it randomly .. Kindly consult for more help and support
