Unexplained Infertility
Considering most women conceive within a few months after coming off of birth control pills, should I consider birth control pills if I have an endometrial cyst, hormones within normal limits, ovulating every month (confirmed by a blood test) to get pregnant? Or should I consider surgery? I have never taken these pills before. In terms of endometriosis symptoms, I just have painful periods. I have lower abdominal pain due to a cyst from last year.  I have been trying to conceive for the last two years. One failed IUI. Did a second one this month. Please advise what should be my next step if IUI fails again. Thank you in advance.
