My right testicle is undescended. I can still feel it inside when I put a little bit of pressure on right side of abdomen area. My concern is, is it necessary to undergo for surgery for this or it is fine if it remains inside? I know one testicle is good enough for fertility but I don't want the undescended one to cause any health issues in the long run.
