Undescended testicle
I was born with one undescended testicle(right). Due to my fear of the knife, I evaded the surgery. Used to have occasional pain, thats it. But, since some time, this testicle is half popping out into scrotum when I'm in the upright posture for a long time and then going back inside when I sleep. Prescribed treatment?

Hello testes has to be placed within the scrotum if not chances of malignancy are more you need to undergo surgery consult surgeon for further evaluation and treatment.
