I got the response but could not understand regarding as she said to have personal counselling. I have problem that I do hard core night shifts and I like to have more sweet things what should be my diet in order to gain weight however I cannot eat more at one meal .my age is 25 and weight is 52

Hi - u must consume more high calorie foods like rice. rice products add with ghee ,butter,. so more cereals adding with good quality protien . take khicdi, home made polao, alu porotha, add more servings vegetables, egg, fish,paneer, curd,pudding, kheer can help u. chicken 3 days in week in stwe form, soupy products, green salad, whole fruits like banana, guava, mangoes, grapes are good. sleep more 8 hrs. porriy,Dalia, nuts ,almond, also helpful for u but not out side junk.

Hello there. It's simple math. Just eat more than you spend. I mean eat more calories than you spend. So have a high calorie diet. Consult a dietician for such a diet plan. Regards

Hello, have meals at regular intervals, don't skip meals , have meat ,ghee, egg, fish etc... do exercise daily ,sleep well ,avoid worries ,you can work out in gym,it increases your appetite and helps in building body . But you must sleep for atleast 7-8 hours . Lack of sleep puts stress your body. You must be having gastritis . First you should get rid of it.
