Understanding IVC filter CT scan report

Asked for Female, 25 Years

My Tulip IVC filter was place 01/2013 after delivering my daughter due to blood clots, mainly the 1 old clot in my portal vein. I'm in a CAL over the filter and got a letter from my attorney stating to give the report and copy of CT scan to my PCP asap. CT Report: Impression: IVC filter seen near right diaphragm Findings: umbrella filter seen near right diaphragm/11th vertebrae What does this mean? Is this normal? Or has the filter migrated? Any advice and insight will be appreciated. Thanks
