IVC Filter
I had an IVC filter implanted 6 years ago. I asked my surgeon if it should be removed w/ all of the risks as of yet. He said "no" to leave it in b/c it could do more damage coming out. I'm looking for a 2nd opinion. Is it safe to keep this in?

Hi, IVC filters are of two types . Removable and non removable . Only a removable filter can be removed later .
