I go through periods when I eat high-calorie or high-fat foods, then feel so guilty about doing that, as well as my perception that I have gained too much weight over the past few years, that I undereat for a few days before going back to normal. This cycle has been going on for a few weeks now and I'm not sure if it will stop on its own or continue to become more severe.
