For gaining weight,  you can consider these suggestions : 1. Maintain meal gaps: take small and frequent meals every 2-3 hours. 2. Walk after every meal for 15-20 minutes, it will boost up your metabolism and you will be able to consume sufficient food. 3. Include dates and figs in your diet. 4. Make rotis out of (50% wheat+ 50% besan) 5. Drink 2-3 litres of water everyday.

Hello.... According to your height and weight, ur BMI is 16. You need to gain 12-15 kgs to get your optimal weight. Following a single diet plan won't help u to reach ur goal..... Sudden nutrient(calorie etc) increase in the diet may cause adverse effects  in the digestive system. So a progressive workout is suggestive.... 2-4kgs weight gain per month is optimal and advisable to reach a healthy goal. Otherwise you may land up with health issues (digestive complaints/unnecessary body fat deposits/nutrient overload). Without knowing your present diet and calorie intake, metabolic rate, physical activity, food aversions, allergies, we can't give a diet plan. So, Please consult through practo to get a progressive and healthy diet suggestions.
