Gaining weight effectively requires a combination of a nutrient-dense diet and proper lifestyle changes. Licoriya syrup, Mukul syrup, and churan may improve digestion, but they aren't guaranteed solutions for weight gain. They could help if your digestion is weak, but weight gain will depend on the overall quality and quantity of your diet. During winters, focus on adding healthy fats like ghee, coconut oil, and nuts, as they provide extra calories needed for weight gain. Also, consuming whole grains like oats, brown rice, and quinoa, as well as high-protein foods like paneer, lentils, and eggs (if non-vegetarian) will support muscle growth and overall weight gain. Regular, balanced meals with a mix of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats are key. Try having 4-5 meals a day rather than just 3 large ones. In addition to the right foods, ensure you're staying active with light exercises such as walking or bodyweight exercises, as this can help stimulate appetite. You can get guidance on how to use these syrups and churan in a way that suits your specific needs, as everyone's body responds differently. Keep in mind that gaining weight should be gradual and healthy, focusing on muscle mass and not just fat accumulation.
