Im under weight ... i want to gain my weight according to my age now im 110lbs(50kg) that is not enough for me can give me some suggestions or tips or some kind of supliment...thanks

Hello, You need to put on around 10 kgs which is possible, rather than gaining weight being healthy is more important , have meals at regular intervals, don't skip meals , have meat ,ghee, egg, fish etc... do exercise daily ,sleep well ,avoid worries ,you can work out in gym,it increases your appetite
