Male 24 Under thighs my skin becoming thinner and itching if I apply any cream like Cotrimazole Maconamzole using from few months.. I am suffering from 10months , skin is getting thin lines and itching please help me I m bathing two times

It's Fungus infection....common around skin folds like thighs and genitals.. avoid sweating, sharing clothes,towels and soap.. specific medicine required depends on the severity.. for detailed prescription do direct online consultation by sending photos.

Self medication is a strict no no!!
Self treating it for 10 long months is certainly not advisable
Triple combination steroid based creams are also not advised
