Having problem of eyelid and under eye rashes Which is itchy and bumpy. This i notice after every one to two weeks.. they come and go .. mostly stay for long

This is allergic dermatitis which gives rise to rash and itching around the eyes.over a period of time skin around that area becomes pigmented.can be effectively controlled with medications.complete relief takes a long time.consult me online for further treatment
