Uncontrollable hair pulling, nail biting
I have trichotillomania since the age of 14 and I'm 20 now. Maybe it's become more of a habit than anything else. Mainly it becomes uncontrollable when I'm stressed, not just with studies but with simple things like not being able to find my pencil or whatever. I'm lost & I've been trying to get out of this but have failed everyday and I want help

You need to consult a psychiatrist. Medications and Cognitive behaviour therapy both need to be seeked.
