Hello Mr.
Good morning.
I read ur concern & tried to empathize with your
ur condition. It seems for a long time you were
deprived of peace, joy, love , humour and
happiness.
I wud really like to know more about ur
Childhood, parents, education profile,
employment status , marital status, Basic
structure of ur personality ,habbits & any
previous psychiatric consultation.
Ur description about ur feelings clearly show
The involvement of ur Mood & emotions with ur
behaviour and day to day life activities.
Undoubtedly ,you are not in a good peaceful
state of mind. I urge you to discuss the same
with a significant family member and plan a talk
with a Psychiatrist.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychiatrist or Neuropsychiatrist of ur
choice and discuss all issues in detail for better
understanding of ur situation.
If necessary , Medicines along with therapies
will be helpful.
Health Tips
Pls don't allow more sufferings to ur mind &
body. It's already too late. Take ur time and plan
solutions that suits ur lifestyle.
Take sleep of 7 to 8 hrs daily.
Take a balanced diet.
Take care.
**. Have a safe & peaceful day. **
