I feel I might have Borderline Personality Disorder. I don’t want to diagnose myself but it seems to be the case. Been in a 2 1/2 years long relationship & for the last year I have felt that any moment he’s going to leave. My mood swings are bad &he tells me he can’t handle it & it makes it worse for me. When I feel that he’s leaving I think the worse& I will have bad panic attacks, where I am self harming. I don’t know how to deal with this on my own anymore. I feel worthless & cry every night.
