Unconscious Feeling so low. Other issue?

Since 8 months I am not well according to Dr. I am getting stomach infection again and again. Lost 8 Kg weight as well. Last week again I had cramp, body shivering, bloating in stomach Dr said again infection of stomach. Now since 3 4 days I feel very low, unconscious, out of energy, feel like sleepness, feel like I will fall and having bloating in stomach like food is there is food pipe. Feeling like heaviness on chest, sometime shortness of breath. Yesterday I checked my Bp it was 180/100. I was worried about my stomach now high bp is also concern for me. Consting best Gastro of Noida he is saying it's ibs but no test was done only ultrasound LFT KFT CBC Done and are normal. Taking Anti Gas, and Enzar forte. Also taking homeo pathic medicine for Ibs, for bp also he has given BEE PEE aid drops. I need any Dr. Who can devote some time on my health and can come to some conclusion. I am worried that it is IBS or some other issue? Why weight loss.? Why so weakness.?
