Unbearable period pain
I'm on my first day of my period. To deal with my abdomen cramps and diarrhoea, I have taken one emeset(to avoid vomitting) and two cyclopam (one in the morning and one in the afternoon). The pain is still unbearable. What should I do?

Taking limcee 500 mg chewable everyday through the month minimises pain during periods. Take tablet mental spas three times that once in every 8 hrs.maintain proper hydration.take walyte p (ors)morning and evening evening. Get your hb checked.
