Back Pain Even After Period - I Had My Period On 24Th July And I

Back pain even after period

I had my period on 24th July and I have stopped bleeding now. But my right back side is paining from the day before yesterday. It started from the lower right abdomen and it gradually went at the lower back pain in the right side. Left side in the back is normal it is not at all hurting. What is the reason behind such pain??
