Unbearable Headache
After long time sitting in front of screen, eye are getting red n itching and unbearable head ache. Pain is in the Back side of Head. I had consulted a eye doctor she said everything is fine with a eye consult a physician. Can u guide me which specialist should I consult.

Since you are a regular computer user hence its computer vision syndrome. Please put lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times daily and rub ocupol d's eye oint twice daily on lids. May take some analgesic e.g. diclogesic if and when needed.

follow 20.20.formula ie close your eyes for 20seconds after every after every 20minutes.keep proper distance between eyes and screen wash your eyes with freshwater frequently and don't sit facing towards acorn blowers consume lots of fresh fruit and vegetables and also do cold compresses with ice.

Hello This is suggestive of computer vision syndrome Try A.cold compresses B. Restrict use of mobile and laptop C. Use antiglare glasses D. take proper rest E. Use lubricating eyedrop like lubrex frequently If problem persist,consult local physician
