This appears to be an abrasion of conjunctiva with a small oozing of blood. You should see a doctor as shuttle cock injuries are notorious for causing a deep hurt. You may check vision separately in the eyes. Any drop or distortion requires attention. You may use lubricant eye drops available OTC till you get to see the doctor. Complete eye examination is important.
