It is small bleed. It will resolve by itself. Pl find out if there is any bp, Cough, etc.pl avoid stress and strain.Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.

It's a small bleed in the eye. Nothing to worry, it will subside by itself within 1 week.
Keep ice packs.
You can take Vitamin C rich foods.
Avoid strenuous activity for next 1 week.
