Unable to take a proper sleep
From last 5 days I am unable to take a proper sleep n I have tried everything for that like meditation yoga before go to bed but when I sleep every day I get the nightmares n then I am unable to continue my sleep n when I left my bed my eyes started paining n headache also. Don't know wht to do please suggest me

Please consult a Psychiatrist asap for a short course of sleep medicine. Long term sleep deprivation can lead to nightmares,  memory loss, irritability,  general weakness and sometimes psychotic breakdown.

Stress and anxiety can lead to sleep disturbances and nightmares. Proper stress management , relaxation techniques could help in improving sleep. Practicing sleep hygiene will also benefit.
