Unable to sleep muscle strain all body
I am feeling muscle strain at night if I walk 2 kms a day, which I used to do daily. I am getting back pain hands and leads pains and tingling. Recently doctor told me that I have harmonal imbalance for that she gave me birth control pills, as those pills making me very weak I stopped them. Now am unable to sleep and I don't have thyroid or sugar or anything I checked one month back. I have vit d deficiency she gave me supplements and harmonal treatement I stopped. Please suggest me I used to be very healthy and active now feeling very sick all the time depression and weak. Please suggest me solution

What is ur vit d levels? U need to take sufficient supplements for vit d. N also get ur vit b 12 checked. Tingling is a symptom of b 12 deficiency. Also check ur haemoglobin levels.
