I am unable to sleep. My sleep is so irregular. Even though I can't sleep whole night many times....

Discuss with psychiatrist who will suggest you sleep hygiene techniques. You may have underlying mood disorder or anxiety disorder. Do you have any stress in your personal or professional life? Stress management technique along with sleep medications like zolpidem for few months can correct your sleep cycle. Medication can be tapered and stopped later. All can be started under supervision of a psychiatrist.
