Unable to sleep at night
Iam not able to sleep at night .it's there for almost 1 year. Dont have a habit of sleeping at afternoons too still can't sleep at night

Check your blood for any thyroid problems and your blood glucose and cbc. Every day sleep at same time.Took one glass warm milk half n hour before sleep. Have to do some simple exercise like walking, 4 hours before sleep. Discard all tensions before bed.
