Hi... Please take Counselling Sessions (online/offline) from a Psychologist on Weekly basis for 15-20 sessions minimum. Lack of focus, concentration, sleep, etc. can be due to some underlying issues or may be caused by poor routine, high screen, unhygienic lifestyle. Start a Breathing technique (Deep Breathing, Alternate Nostril Breathing) daily for 20-25 min morning and evening. Also start any physical Exercise/Sport daily for 40-45 minutes.
