Unable to ready books or write in small letters this things are new came to me when my sugar level go up by 270 from last 1month I am facing this problem please suject .

Hello This could be due to refractive error or diabetic retinopathy It is very difficult to comment without examining you I would recommend you to consult local ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done Regards
