Problem with very small letters reading
I can read the small letters but if the light is not sufficient very difficult to read

After around 40 yrs everyone needs reading glass called presbyopia , you should consult ophthmologist nearby for refraction & you will be prescribed glass for reading purpose .

Your symptoms are suggestive of presbyopia
You will need glasses for near work
I would recommend you to consult local ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done

please get your eyes testing done again by an ophthalmologist. might be your number is changed or developing cataract.
