I can't focus on books letters
I can see both far and near objects,but I can't clearly concentrate or focus on the words written in books from 1 weak.i can't say it totally blurry but it seems like I can't focus clearly.Also I am feeling migrain from 2 days.i am really worried.i want to know the exact reason.my screen timing is also high I just want to know the reason and solution for this.

U are suffering from Computer vision syndrome.. check once for glasses , for every 20min of your near work look far for 20 sec (20-20-20) .. use lubricants like eyemist eye drops 4-6 times / day ..
