Unable to eject sperm while having sex.
Hi , I am unable to eject sperm while having sex. I am getting erection after taking suhagra 50 but unable to eject sperm. We are planning for children, my wife in medication. Dr. Said to have sex for next two day but I am unable perform. Without releasing sperm it can't be successful . Please suggest wat should be done.
